friends and family in the UK. Whether you prefer to chat on a
traditional telephone or by broadband, you will need a telephone
line connected at your property. We have had over four

How much does it cost to
have a telephone line installed?

We have
exclusive offers which other distributors simply don't have. For
example, if you order a telephone line through us the
installation fee is completely free of charge. With other
Telefonica agents, including 1004 you will be charged 110 euros.
The cost per month for a landline is 15,64 euros. This includes
great features such as caller ID and a free answer machine
service on your line, which is accessible from anywhere in the
world and of course its all in English! Please note.

What areas can you connect?

We can take
applications for telephone lines for everywhere in Spain and
it's Islands. Unfortunately there is no guarantee you can have a
line if you live in a finca in the campo or your new development
has no central. But, we do of course offer a full refund in the
event the technician cannot install the line.
So what do I need to do and how long do I need to wait?

To get the ball
rolling, you need to apply for your telephone line by completing
our application pages. It then usually takes upto 20 working
days for a technician from Alcatel to contact you. (On some
occassions customers receive a call from a technician that
afternoon or the day after they placed their application.) The
time it takes for a technician to contact you depends on how
many applications they have in your area, how many technicians
are available to install your line and how many ports are free
in your central. |
