1. What is Up to 20Mb broadband? How can I get it?
   Up to 20Mb broadband offers you a fast, reliable broadband connection. The service will automatically provide you with the fastest broadband speed your phone line can physically support, up to a maximum of 20Mb (or 20 megabits per second).

2. Do I need to have a Telefonica line to get broadband from Direct Telecom?
   To receieve broadband you must have a telephone line.

3. What equipment do I need for broadband?
   Generally all you need for broadband is a suitable phone line, a compatible computer, a broadband modem or router and microfilters (phone adapters). Direct Telecoms broadband will work with most modern PCs, laptops and Macs.
   Broadband equipment is designed for easy installation.

4. Can I use my phone while using broadband?
   Yes, you can use the phone while using a broadband Internet connection. You will continue to be billed in the normal way (rental and call charges) for your standard (voice) telephone service. This is in addition to your Telefonica line rental.

5. What are the payment options for Direct Telecoms broadband?
   Direct Telecom broadband is charged monthly, in advance.
