GENERAL USE OF THE HITS MOBILE SERVICE & TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your device must be open to accept sim cards from any service provider to use this service.

An internet service is enabled on all SIM cards of Hits Mobile as well as the services of voice, SMS, MMS, etc.
The Hits Mobile Internet service allows customers to enjoy a connection to high speed Internet from your mobile phone, usb modem, smartphone, tablet or PC.
Hits uses the Vodafone network which covers GSM / GPRS to 99.15% of the population offers download speeds up to 7.2 Mbps.
In the provincial capitals there is 3G HSPA + which, under optimal conditions, offers download speeds up to 14.4 Mbps and above.
The Internet service is enabled by default for all clients of Hits. But to use it, you must configure settings on your terminal. (Mobile, tablet, USB modem, etc). Setup is extremely simple since there is no need to set parameters such as proxy, port, user, password, server, etc.

Customers can choose automatic top-up and check their balance online or over the phone in their preferred language.
You can check your balance free of charge 8 times a month. After that, you will be charged 9 cents per check. (10.62 cent VAT included)
Price of €0/min limited to 5 minutes per call, 60 minutes per day and 500 minutes per month. Once these limits are exceeded the calls will be charged in accordance with your current tariff. National calls at € 0.05 /min (excluding indirect tax) during off-peak time and for hits Tus Horas plan, with a limit of 3,000 minutes per month. Once this limit has been exceeded, the remainder will be charged at €0.29/min (excluding indirect tax).
Tariffs indicated are per minute, but are charged per second after call connection. Tariffs are valid for calls with both national origin and destination. 80X, 90X, SMS Premium and other Premium services are excluded. Hits mobile can restrict access to these services. Promotions valid with the exception of typing errors.

* To change a price plan, the first change is free of charge and any subsequent changes are charged at € 5.50 each (indirect taxes not included). Customer Care Service (1212) to request this change.

* Promotion up to 15 €: 10 € credit upon line activation + 5 € if you return the SIM coupon and top up 20 € within the first 3 months. Indirect taxes included.
