What
information do I need to give to you?
You need to give us your full name and address as it appears on
a utility bill, your personal identification number, ie.
Passport and NIE number, your landline or nearest landline
number to you if applying for a landline. We also need your 20
digit Spanish bank details and a mobile contact number.
Why do you
need this information?
The more information you give us helps us correctly identify
both the location of your property and the exchange that serves
you. Installation costs are debited from your bank account,
monthly rental and service costs can be paid at your bank or you
can set up direct debit. An engineer will then contact you on
your mobile phone or contact number given, to arrange a
convenient time prior to installation or delivery.
Do you provide
customer support?
We have introduced online support for unresolved issues. We also
provide “How to use guides” and technical installation manuals
for our customers in English, to help you understand, use and
enjoy Telefoñica´s products and services more. Our sales
operators will always guide you to the correct department to
