Q. How do I order a product or service from you?
A. Please complete the online form by first selecting the service you require.

Q. What information do I need to give to you?
A. You need to give us your full name and Spanish address as it appears on a utility bill, your personal identification number, ie. Passport or NIE number and a landline number nearby your property when applying for a landline. We also need your 20 digit Spanish bank details and a mobile contact number in Spain.

Q. Why do you need this information?
A. The more information you give us helps us correctly identify both the location of your property and the telephone exchange that serves you. If your personal details do not match your NIE for example, it can result in your application being delayed or continually cancelled. Installation and service costs are debited from your bank account, monthly rental costs can be paid at your bank or you can set up direct debit. A technician or customer services representative will then contact you, or an appointed representative eg. (neighbour or estate agent) on the mobile phone or contact number given, prior to installation or delivery of the product or service.

Q. Do you provide customer support and after sales?
A. We have introduced an online support Help Desk for technical problems. We also provide “How to use guides” and technical installation manuals for our customers in English, to help you understand, use and enjoy Telefonica´s products and services more. Our telephone sales operators will always try to advise you and help you contact the correct department to resolve any technical or administrive problems you may experience with the service.
