Transfer your Telefonica telephone line or broadband

If you need to transfer your line to another address or you need to transfer the details of the line into someone elses name you will need to telephone Telefonicas customer services. Unfortunately we are unable to help you here at Telefonica in English as we cannot give advice on technical issues.

To do this.

Dial 1004. (1004 is a free phone number in Spain.) When you call them you will hear a Spanish recorded message. You need to ignore this message and wait for the pause, then say, "English Speaking." You will then be put through to an English speaking operator.

If you are outside of Spain you can contact the customer services by dialling 0034 917040319. Please Note. It is alot easier to speak to an English speaking operator by calling 1004.
