Whether you prefer to chat on a traditional telephone or by broadband, you will need a telephone line connected at your property. So what do I need to do and how long do I need to wait?

To get the ball rolling, you need to apply for your telephone line and broadband by completing our application pages. It then usually takes upto 20 working days for a technician from Alcatel to contact you. (On some occassions customers receive a call from a technician that afternoon or the day after they placed their application.) The time it takes for a technician to contact you depends on how many applications they have in your area, how many technicians are available to install your line and how many ports are free in your central. The technician will leave you the broadband kit the same day he insalls your telephone line.

How much does it cost to have a telephone line and broadband installed?

We have exclusive offers which other distributors simply don't have. For example, if your order a telephone line through us the installation fee is completely free of charge. With other Telefonica agents, including 1004 you will be charged 110 euros. The cost per month for a landline is 15,64 euros. Then you pay 39,90 euros per month for your service. (At the moment there is an exlclusive online offer! Pay only 26,20 euros for your first 12 months!) Please note. All prices are plus IVA at 16%

What areas can you connect?

We can take applications for telephone lines for everywhere in Spain and it's Islands. Unfortunately there is no guarantee you can have a line if you live in a finca in the campo or your new development has no central. But, we do of course offer a full refund in the event the technician cannot install the line.
